Society and cereal manufacturers made cereal the best breakfast?? Full of sugar, non sustaining, non filling, quick high and then blood sugar imbalances?? Cereal and toast are only considered 'normal' because its habit and what’s been made to seem normal, when really, our breakfasts should be like our dinners, protein, good fats, veges, energy giving foods. So tomorrow why not try a free range 2 egg omelette with meat and spring onions, its a great way to start the day!! Change a habit
