Group Training

Personal Training doesn't have to be just 1 on 1 training; Group training is a great way to get started and combines the intensity of personal training with the electric atmosphere & support of being in a group of like-minded people with the added bonus of reduced cost.

We run group strength sessions which are fantastic for getting stronger and more toned.  Plus, the stronger you get, the more lean muscle you will have, which in turn means a faster metabolism which equals weight loss!!  The classes are small, no more than 6 per class, so you are still getting the close direction of your personal trainer.  The exercises are closely monitored and your results recored every session, to ensure that new records are made and progression is being achieved. (unlike other group classes that change up the workout all the time and progressive overload is not achieved).

We also run some great fat burning huffy puffy boot camps at local parks and halls around Whangamata, all ages, genders and levels of fitness welcome. The workouts are designed to challenge everyone, regardless of fitness level. The main focus is to improve total body fitness and strength, and help your body become a fat burning machine through the high intensity interval type training that we use.

Group Training is an awesome way to get outdoors in a fun, social environment and enjoy your training with others. No two sessions are exactly the same!! No matter what fitness level you are everyone gets a great workout.
