Our personal training session’s offer people 1-on-1 training, tailored specifically to YOU, and what you are wanting to achieve, and we have had such amazing results through this that as a result a high percentage of our business is from repeat customers and referrals.

Every fitness program is different and we oversee your progress. Goal Setting, (having a challenge) is the best motivation to get results. Think about it: "If you don't know where you're going, how are you going to know how to get there?" I encourage my clients to set their own personal goals, and then I work within these goals by setting challenges. If you don't show up, we'll be calling to find out why! It's exactly this type of accountability that most people need to help them stick to a program and get great results!
