Movement is highly underrated in today's world... think about it, what do you do each day (when you're not working out)? Standing, walking, sitting. That's about it, really....sitting at a computer, sitting to watch tv, sitting in a car, sitting at a desk... ok maybe walking to get lunch.

Our bodies can do so much more, but without regularly moving in different ways and using those neglected muscles our physical abilities decline rapidly! But don't despair.....the good news is that once you start using those muscles they soon remember what they were made for and can increase rapidly too.

So it’s a new week, its Monday... and every day is a great day to exercise. Just remember, you can workout in anything, anywhere. Don't think that just because you only have 10-15 minutes and your not in workout gear that there’s no point, you can workout in anything and there’s a LOT you can do in 15 minutes.... put it this way, it’s a whole lot more than you would have done if you chose to use that INVALID excuse!!! There’s always opportunity, there’s always time, the only limitations are the ones you allow to limit you!! Fit in some MOVING and GROOVING today, and feel better for it!! You know you will!!
